Qualifications:

1. Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
3. Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex software projects.
