What you will do :

The Roles Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Engage in stimulating collaborations with fellow motion and graphic designers and copywriters to continually elevate our graphic design, video graphics, and editing standards.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior/mid-level motion designers before their work is submitted to CS Manager and internal stakeholders.
• Immerse yourself in a variety of projects providing high-quality scalable on-brand video solutions that enhance our customers' experience.
• Leverage performance data to make informed creative decisions and drive design solutions.
• Craft compelling motion graphics, video templates, layouts, gifs, and video edits that adhere to our rigorous visual standards.
• Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content.
• Own the process from conception to post-production, creating engaging videos for various purposes including marketing campaigns, internal videos, adaptations for countries, and different platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all your work while meeting measurable business goals with a data-driven mindset.
• Effectively communicate your design rationale to internal partners, defending your visual design solutions when necessary.
• Coordinate with various internal stakeholders, managing multiple requests and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Capture the essence of our brand through motion graphics and video content.
• Drive Innovation by staying up to date on motion and video trends and applying them in house in line with our brand guidelines.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Motion Designer role or similar.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Media and Communications, Film, Motion Design, or a related field, or equivalent design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, MAC and Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google products.
• Familiar with design principles, color theory, typography, video graphics, video editing, post-production, and creating files optimized for digital media.
• Able to create dynamic digital marketing solutions with exceptional attention to detail.
• Skilled in vector-based illustration and motion graphics.
• Experienced in post-production and finishing work, sound design, encoding, and mastering.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders on creative direction for campaigns.
• Adept at time management, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Adaptability in working with varying degrees of complexity from storyboards.
• Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced online environment.
• You have a portfolio showcasing your professional work. Please include its link on your resume.
• Proficient spoken and written English communication skills.
• Have experience in cross-functional collaboration and are comfortable engaging with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Speak fluent English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
