Finance Manager - Onsite & Day Shift (Ortigas) (LUZ-737)

Job Responsibilities:Responsible for accounting, tax compliance, transaction reconciliation, annual report audit, accounting file management, information disclosure, etc.Establish and maintain good communication with local taxation, banks, government, agents, auditors, etc.Responsible for establishing and improving the financial management and control system of companies, ensuring the effective implementation of internal control processes.Advising and executing any planning projects in collaboration with the headquarters.Maintain efficient communication with headquarters, timely responding or helping coordinate to solve any inquiries or problems from headquarters.Keep abreast of business changes, assist business teams to develop medium and long-term performance development goals, and track the execution of targets.Other ad hoc assignments as assigned.Qualification Required:Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or Business field.5+ years of working experience in finance or taxation. Applicants with working experience in the Finance, Internet, or Hi-tech industry are preferred.Big 4 experience is a plus.Ability to perform under pressure to strict deadlines and ad hoc assignments.Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take initiative.Excellent command of English; Chinese is a plus.Work Environment:FULLY ONSITE (5 days a week)DAY SHIFTORTIGAS
