SUMMARY

Responsible for performing and witnessing Factory Acceptance Tests, Start-Up, and commissioning of Prefabricated modular data centers in Barcelona Factory.

  • Works 90% Factory and 10% Customer Facilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Owner of Factory Acceptance Test.
  • Project Configuration and Start-up in our factory.
  • Support and witness installation and Start-up on customer site.
  • Responsible for verifying performance of project before shipment.
  • Reporting Lessons Learnt.
  • Sporadic Travels supporting other factory and site testing/commissioning in other countries.

KPI

  • Safety First. No accidents.
  • Perform FAT in all projects assuring functionality of the projects and following processes.
  • Reporting results and tracking open items.
  • Tracking Snagging list and Lessons Learnt.
  • Focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience: 1-3 years as a field services engineer working on electrical equipment and systems.
  • Power Electrical Distribution Knowledge.
  • 3 phase, single phase, AC-DC switchgear and installation experience.
  • Electrical Engineer studies or equivalent.
  • Experience taking electrical measurements in live panels and installations.
  • Experience reading electrical drawings and identifying components such as relays, contactors, breakers, disconnectors, terminal blocks, lamps, contacts.
  • Experience traveling and working abroad valuable.

Hard Skills

  • English speaking, writing, reading.
  • IT Systems and PC Software Literacy.
  • Electrical Equipment Operation and Maintenance.
  • Knowledge of electrical LV power distribution.
  • Valuable Power Electronic knowledge.
  • Valuable cooling systems knowledge or concepts (DX and Water-cooling solutions).
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Open to travel for periods from 1 to 2 weeks.
