Job Summary : House Manager required for a high-profile client with an international presence, initially managing the extensive refurbishment of their 4 bedroom Ibiza home and the day to day management thereafter.

Duties

The client splits their time between London, Ibiza and USA, working closely with the travelling EA who is in direct contact with the client, you will be responsible for all matters relating to their UK property influential in managing the client’s day to day affairs while in London.

This is a role which offers a hybrid working model being onsite when present and working from home where available.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Supervising contracts and project managing extensive refurbishment of the villa
  • Providing regular status updates and acting as the eyes and ears on the ground
  • Ensuring the property is properly prepped and ready for the client’s arrival
  • Stocking the home with all relevant items
  • Maintaining a strong eye for detail identifying any sourcing, negotiating with, supervising contractors where applicable
  • Coordinating domestic staff (Housekeeper & Driver)
  • Organising airport transfers/hotels
  • Project management experience
  • You will be able to accommodate the flexible hours required within this role
  • Work well within the team and happy taking direction from the travelling EA
  • Confident working in a busy environment where circumstances can change with short notice
  • Spanish speaker would be beneficial
