Microsoft SQL Database Administrator (M/F/d) :

• REQUISITION ID: 4608- LOCATION: Tajonar, ES- DEPARTMENT: IT / SAP YOUR TASKS :

• Operations of the existing database landscape with Microsoft SQL Server 2012-2019 (Single Server, SQL Cluster, AlwaysOn)

• Design, build and commission new database systems/clusters in the context of IT projects in line with business unit and supplier requirements.

• Provision of proactive and reactive data management support

• Experience in processing mass data (SSIS)

• Experience in operating very large databases (VLDB > 10TB)

• Creation of complex database queries, stored procedures/functions incl. analysis and optimization (T-SQL)

• Monitoring of DB performance, implementation of changes and lifecycle management (capacity/change management)

• Definition, enforcement and documentation of database policies, procedures and standards (ITIL 4, ISO 27001, KRITIS, DSGVO/Data protection,...)

YOUR PROFILE :

• Several years of professional experience ( 3 years) as database administrator/database developer
• Very good knowledge of T-SQL and SSIS
• Good knowledge in the operation of Always On availability groups
• Experienced handling of common Windows Server OS (2016 and newer)
• Knowledge in Hyper-V and Azure Data Factory an advantage
• A high degree of willingness to take responsibility and initiative
• Independent and service-oriented way of working
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Excellent skills in English ( C1)
• German and/or Spanish are an additional benefit
