ES-555 - Automation Specialist - Full Remote Within Spain

The Automation Specialist is responsible for improving and automating business quality and productivity processes. Working closely with our DevOp Team, the Analyst will document processes, redesign them as necessary to enable automation, generate detailed requirements and provide details about developing robots.

You're our perfect candidate if you:

  1. Analyze functional and non-functional use cases to identify and prioritize test activities, while using appropriate techniques and tools, to design test cases, test scripts and test data that will validate each use case.
  2. Analyze robots functions to improve Customer Service Agents' quality and productivity.
  3. Use the identified tools for test planning, execution and management of defects.
  4. Be an active contributor with the Development Team to report improvements in user experience and be part of the decision making to implement them.
  5. Ensure the acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality of our projects.
  6. Work with Development team to define the appropriate testing approach for a project and contribute towards/write project test plans defining exit criteria.
  7. Work closely with Development Team and Customer Service Dpt. to ensure a high level of test coverage and detect new customer needs.
  8. Report defects clearly and concisely and manage these through to resolution with relevant stakeholders.
  9. Document results of testing undertaken to achieve good communication with Development team.
  10. Promote optimize productivity and quality of the Customer Service Dpt. throughout the development process.
  11. Prioritize work according to the gravity of the issues.
  12. Experience in defining and executing test scripts.
  13. Knowledge in programming languages: Java Script and HTML.
  14. Proficient in Google Tools, Gimp, Photoshop, Shutter and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  15. General Programming knowledge: algorithmics, bots.
  16. General knowledge using databases.
  17. Strong analytical background.
  18. Self-starter.
  19. Ability to work in different environments: Linux (Ubuntu) or Windows.
  20. Ability to evaluate functional and non-functional requirements for testability and suitability for automation.
  21. Flexible and adaptable when dealing with changing requirements, priorities or circumstances.
  22. Ability to prioritize and manage own workload in an efficient and timely manner, working to strict deadlines.

Desirable Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a customer service department.
  2. High level in English (written and spoken).
