We are currently looking for an Electrical Engineering Project Manager to join our engineering team in Vejle, Skovlunde - Copenhagen, Denmark or in Sarriguren, Spain. It is our goal to deliver excellent engineering and project management, leading to best-in-class project execution. We love working with state-of-the-art technology and complex electrical systems when we build offshore wind farms around the world in close cooperation with our clients.

How to contribute to our vision

You will be responsible for managing the electrical wind turbine design activities in an offshore wind farm project. In addition, you will also utilize your electrical engineering skills to support construction and commissioning of the wind turbines to ensure that the electrical systems work as you designed for.

The work is project driven and you will have a wide international and cross-disciplinary interface with clients, suppliers, sites and colleagues located around the world. You will be involved all the way from contract signature and until the last turbine is handed over to the client.

More specifically your assignments are:

  1. Project management of the electrical engineering package.
  2. Handling the electrical engineering interfaces to the client and internally in SGRE.
  3. Design, configuration and test of various LV and HV systems in the turbine and foundation.
  4. Coordinating electrical design activities across the project team.
  5. Supporting procurement, quality, logistics, suppliers, manufacturing and construction functions.
  6. Preparing technical documentation.

People who really enjoy combining electrical engineering with project management! Furthermore, you hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in electrical power systems engineering or comparable. Besides that, you have 3+ years of relevant experience from design and project management, ideally from industries dealing with large scale international projects.

Your personality is key. You are known for being positive, open-minded, and self-driven; enabling you to work closely together with colleagues from multiple cultures. You engage naturally with your stakeholders and you actively contribute to the development of the project team. You are fluent in English and you are good at processing complex information.

Finally, you love the fun and challenges of building the largest wind farms in the world providing clean energy for the generations to come.
