Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in carrying out analysis on all projects by visiting the location.
  2. Investigate the location of emergency breakdowns in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment in order to determine the problems associated with the machines.
  3. Participate in the maintenance of equipment to ensure its correct functioning.
  4. Provide technical assistance and support in relation to all projects, installations and repairs.
  5. Ensure the use of a digital dashboard to carry out exhaustive analyses and breakdown reviews.
  6. Conduct investigations and recommend changes and updates to equipment.
  7. Perform hardware and software updates to improve process control.
  8. Communicate breakdowns, updates and problem resolution through management programs and different telematic means.
  9. Make periodic reports on progress on defective machines, errors and processes.
  10. Ensure the calibration of all machines and maintenance after calibration.
  11. Install, maintain and inspect control systems and workplace facilities in the plant.
  12. Coordinate team to achieve department objectives.
  13. Provide technical supervision to other automation technicians and engineers.
  14. Collaborate in the specification, installation and modification of systems.
Job Profile:
  1. Degree in electrical, electronic or telecommunications engineering.
  2. Good knowledge of industrial maintenance.
  3. 1 to 3 years of experience in the industrial engineering area.
  4. Skills to understand and express fluently in English.
  5. Knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal.
  6. Skills to maintain good communication with different levels of the company.
  7. Skills in areas of fluid power, manufacturing processes, electricity, electronics and mechanical systems.
  8. Knowledge of Ethernet communication, control logic and programmable logic control (PLC).
  9. Electromechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
