1. Maintain and effectively communicate deep scientific knowledge.
2. Excel at customer engagement and support medical/scientific information needs of scientific experts. Provide deep and advanced disease state and product information.
3. Connect with internal partners as appropriate and identify possible collaborative research or external collaborations.
4. Synthesize complex data and effectively communicate meaningful clinical insights and unanswered customer questions they receive.
5. Develop internal networks and collaborate effectively across functions with an active contribution to medical planning and strategy in the affiliate.
6. The MSL will execute the role in a compliant manner, adhering to all internal and external requirements, procedures.
7. Implement a strategic territory plan that is aligned to Company's priorities while leveraging a deep knowledge of customers to prioritize their needs and preferences.
8. Prioritize customer-facing time and align with customer expectations. Incorporate Company strategic vision and evolving customer needs into future plans.
9. Responsible steward of company resources.
10. Deliver thoroughly optimized solutions to complex problems via methodical root cause analysis.

1. At least 3 years of experience as a MSL.
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
3. Residence in Madrid.
4. Willing to travel up to 80% of the time.
5. Excellent English (C1).
