Role Description

As our new Danish speaking customer support hero, you'll be the first point of contact for our Danish customers. You'll handle enquiries, troubleshoot problems, offer solutions and ensure a smooth customer journey from start to finish.

You'll also help us maintain our customer database, and play a vital role in improving our services based on customer feedback.

Requirements

1. Fluent in Danish (written and spoken)
2. Previous experience in customer support

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Computer literate
