As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will cater to our valued Dutch clients, creating unforgettable experiences. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our products and services, meeting sales targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Your tasks
  1. Answering Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers interested in booking holidays, making reservations, or seeking information about facilities, accommodations, activities, and pricing.
  2. Providing Information and Assistance: Be knowledgeable about various aspects of our client, including locations, accommodation options, recreational activities, dining options, and special offers.
  3. Upselling and Cross-selling: Tasked with upselling and cross-selling additional services or upgrades to customers.
  4. Processing Bookings and Reservations: Process bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring accurate collection of necessary information.
  5. Handling Customer Concerns and Queries: Address queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
  6. Following Up on Leads: Responsible for following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  7. Maintaining Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including bookings, inquiries, complaints, and relevant information.

Your profile
  • High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Thoroughness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills
  • At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience
  • Elocution, adaptability, stress resistance, and good oral communication skills
  • Solid commercial skills and a positive attitude
  • Dynamic, a team player, and good self-control
  • Love for challenges
