About The Role

We are looking for an administrative assistant to help grow the company's administrative department. As a member of this department, you will collaborate in all administrative tasks as well as support the other areas of the company. The objective of the position is to develop your professional career within the company and to grow in the area in terms of competences and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcome visitors and keep detailed and accurate records of them.
  2. Answer calls and transfer them to the appropriate person.
  3. Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
  4. You will be part of the Financial and Administration department, giving support to the rest of the team.
  5. As we are an international company, travelling is our day by day. You will be in charge of the travel requests, being the communication channel with the travel agency.
  6. Compile expense travel reports.
  7. Perform office tasks such as purchasing office supplies and managing the filing system.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Business Tourism, Administration or similar.
  2. Motivated to learn about and research the potential for improvement in the department.
  3. Familiarity with the accounting/invoicing process will be desirable.
  4. Experience with ERP and management software will be desirable.
