Tasks to be performed:
Architectural design and implementation of space electronics equipment containing power, digital and analog modules.
Design, simulation, testing and qualification of complex space grade electronics systems containing SoC and several high-end FPGAs.
Testing and support to qualification of integrated circuits in accordance with ECSS or MIL standards.
Design, implementation and delivery of integrated circuits testing setups.
Field trips for radiation, vibration and shock testing of space electronics equipment.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical project documentation.
Mentor less experienced designers.
Support EEE parts and electronics equipment failure investigations.

Required skills and candidate profile:
University degree and/or PhD in Engineering or Physics, specialization in electronics.
Solid basis in electronics design.
Must have experience developing space hardware.
Proficient in using circuit capture tools (Altium) as well as simulation tools at system and circuit level.
Experience in component testing, excellence in laboratory equipment use and setting up test systems.
Must have experience working with complex multi-FPGAs and microprocessors systems.
Knowledge of revision control tools.
Knowledge of MIL/ECSS standards for HW and SW development.
Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink is a plus.
Knowledge of LabVIEW is a plus.
Experience in radiation testing of space grade components and systems is a plus.
Experience with high-speed operational amplifiers, high-speed data conversion (ADC, DAC), high precision measurement and low noise acquisition is a plus.
The candidate must be proficient in English.
The candidate must be eligible to work in the EU and must be able to travel to the US.
