Position Objectives

This role will be pivotal in shaping the strategic planning and transformation of our client's business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution of transformation projects, and impact assessment to drive business growth and efficiency. One of the key points is to ensure the implementation, optimization, execution, and continuous improvement of the processes of company planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning - S&OP), with a transversal approach and in collaboration with the rest of the departments involved, to optimize the supply chain, in terms of service, stability, flexibility, working capital/inventories, logistics and obsolescence costs, and saturation of productive capacity.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for business transformation. Identify areas of improvement and growth within the organization.
  2. Project Management: Oversee the execution of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to integrate strategic initiatives. Facilitate communication between teams to ensure cohesive execution of transformation plans.
  4. Impact Assessment: Analyze the impact of transformation initiatives on business performance. Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and effectiveness.
  5. Business Process Owner: Business Process Owner of all manufacturing planning processes company: Forecasting of primary and secondary demands in the short/medium/long term.
Skills and Knowledge

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Demand Planning Manager in a factory environment focusing on business transformation. Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
