We are seeking a Demand Planner, who will report to the Associate Manager or Manager. Will manage a medium product portfolio, network, or division. As the Demand Planner, you will be accountable for the Demand, Supply, or Raw Material plan to ensure customer requirements are met through S&OP;, Mid-Long Term Capacity Planning, or Material Resolution. You will act as a liaison between production and various other internal and external stakeholders. What You Will Do : Collaborate with key stakeholders in export countries to incorporate current and long-term demand plans into the demand plan for export. Facilitate communication between local export countries and European planning to ensure processes are followed. Partner with Marketing and Divisional Planners to incorporate new product introductions, product conversions, and deactivations into the plan. Utilize exception management and root cause analysis to identify forecast deviations and issues for correction. Monitor the demand plan performance by measuring actual versus planned performance at multiple planning levels and prepare performance metrics for continuous improvement feedback. Intermediate problem identification / solving and navigating ambiguous situations. Utilize project management skills to lead or participate in continuous improvement activities. Apply knowledge of business and the markets to improve service and inventory through accurate forecasting. Build internal / external partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Design and establish new processes or solutions to drive value through increased efficiency or performance. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study. 2 years of work experience in supply chain planning, finance, marketing or a related analytical discipline. Significant experience with ERPs, advanced planning systems, analytical or equivalent software. High level of proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel and Word Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with different audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders. Ability to navigate complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics. A track record of successfully delivering to Key Performance Indicators and business objectives. Experience with cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. Demonstrated ability for using a strategic mindset.
