Responsibilities :The position will be a key contributor to business success providing support in day to day operations and specially at month end for the related financial processes, such as:- Various reports Sales, Sellex Commissions and other ad hoc reports, weekly and also on monthly basis- Support Handling Internal and External Audits- Draft and implement Management/Calculation/Reconciliation of Rebates Agreements- Commission accruals and reviews- Coordinate and set up Distributor terms (Trade Discounts & DSDR) in SAP- Business Support (Management, Credit, Cash Applications, AP, Finance, etc.)- Sellex Accruals and reconciliation- Cost Management- Web cycle- CAPEX- Assets managementDevelops and drives knowledge sharing and process improvementLI-AP1Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of Finance/Accounting/Pricing experience- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics- Superior problem solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication skills & excellent interpersonal skills are a must- Experience working in an international environment- Strong Microsoft Office skills, strong knowledge of the SAP and Business Warehouse, Tableau environments are a must- Focused, organized, results-oriented, decision maker and self-motivated individual- Act as role model on regard to compliance, integrity and diligence- Language: English and Spanish Business Proficiency (verbal and written)LI-AP1As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Axalta is committed to a diverse workforce
