About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer that can help us turn complex business cases into frictionless user experiences that are meaningful to our audiences. As a Senior Product Designer you will endeavour to understand the needs of our customers and help elevate the design practices throughout our teams. You will have an acute visual eye and be able to craft interfaces that solve problems, engage and delight. As well as evolve existing solutions, you will contribute and/or run long-term projects to make our hospitality product excel. You'll work alongside Service Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers, contribute to our design system and be part of a growing and vibrant design team.

The position is entirely remote - we believe in the impact people can bring no matter where they are.

Requirements

We are looking for:

  1. Holistic designers
  2. Designers with experience across the entire design process - from discovery research and prototyping to interaction design and optimization - who care about solving the right problems for our users, but also ensuring it contributes to our strategy and product direction.

  3. Collaborative and communicative partners
  4. You'll work closely with other teams and stakeholders to turn ideas into solutions. You're a considerate colleague that communicates well with their peers and can form strong bonds, regardless of the physical distance.

  5. Curious by nature
  6. While our digital world is growing fast, we want to be a step ahead at Mews. Passion and hunger for learning new things are essential to innovation and pushing us forward as a team.

  7. Compelling storytellers
  8. You'll have the ability to translate complex challenges into powerful storytelling and demonstrate your thought-process to your counterparts and stakeholders.
