Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Communications Lead to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for a complex business transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-stakes communication initiatives, fostering stakeholder engagement, and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement communication strategies that support business transformation goals.
• Work closely with OCM leadership to ensure alignment with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop compelling content for various channels, including internal communications, intranet, and print media.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed.

Requirements

• Proven 7+ years of experience as Communications Lead or similar role leading communication strategies for business transformation.
• Strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple needs simultaneously.
• Certification in the Prosci change management methodology is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in both French and English is considered an asset.

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
