  3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values in all customer interactions, escalating when required.
  4. Actively seek out ways to enhance customer satisfaction and effectively implement necessary improvements.
  5. Compete with a sense of urgency to meet and exceed customer service goals.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively and manage time effectively.
  4. Strict attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
