Customer Service Representative

We have an exciting new permanent position based from our client’s offices in the Fuengirola region.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (native level)
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Strong administrative skills

  • A dedicated, hard-working person who works well within a small team environment
  • Willingness to learn
Responsibilities
  • Provide all-round administrative support to meet the needs of the business
  • Keep the company database up-to-date
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to stakeholders at all levels
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders by telephone and email
Package
  • Permanent contract, Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm, 1 hour lunch
  • Salary starting at €1250 per month net increasing to €1500 net after 2 month probation
