Position: Customer Lifecycle Manager
Location: Málaga, Spain
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Be the first contact point for many customers, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
  2. Quarterback sales from lead to purchase; be the main point of contact for our client's customers, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections, and negotiating success.
  3. Engage with small and medium businesses across industries to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them with leading cloud technologies (primarily focused on Microsoft cloud technologies).
  4. Obsess over customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience.
  5. Secure customer wins for cloud: maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  6. Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
  7. Demonstrate how customers can capture value and envision their future with Microsoft technologies.
  8. Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through criteria such as BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
  9. Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline; accurately forecast sales, pipeline, and usage for the products in scope.
  10. Maintain high daily activity, contacting 200 leads and creating 30 opportunities per month.
  11. Leverage various communication methods (social, digital, video, chat, phone) to effectively reach and manage customers.
  12. Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: "Voice of Customer".
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma required; BA/4-year degree preferred.
  2. 2-3+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success required.
  3. Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required.
  4. Minimum 1 year sales account management or customer management experience required.
  5. Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
  6. Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions preferred.
  7. Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps preferred.
  8. A self-starter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills.
  10. General knowledge of the IT industry with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products quickly.
  11. Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals.
  12. Solid time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision.
  13. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce.
  14. Fluency in Dutch and English (C2 - verbal and written).
