MISSION GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Collaborate in analyzing, updating and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures within the Human Resources department and the areas under its purview.
Carry out tasks requested by the Corporate HR. Depending on the specialization/needs, the focus will be on recruitment, training, development, administration.
Collaborate on specific projects related to global Human Resources department.
Perform a variety of general administrative tasks related to Human Resource procedures.
Coordinate and monitor corporate indicators in order to assess the impact and effectiveness of the actions using the HR management tools (especially Successfactors).
Support and collaborate on local and corporate audits.
Lead the reporting according to the main corporate KPIs of the area if requested.
Monitor indicators in order to assess the impact and effectiveness of corporate actions.
Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving of OHSE and Quality department.

Academic background : Bachelor’s degree
Languages : Fluent local language &Fluent English (spoken & written)
