ABOUT MENORCA EXPERIMENTAL Reborn from the gracious old bones of a 19th-century finca, on 30 hectares of land, Menorca Experimental is an agro-tourism hotel including two restaurants. The main finca serves breakfast until late morning and dinner with a beautiful terrace overlooking the swimming pool where customers can enjoy a delicious lunch. Finca's Mediterranean cuisine is built around local products of character. At lunchtime, you will also find a light and gourmet menu to be enjoyed next to the poolside sunbeds. ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a Chef to join our dynamic team at Menorca Experimental Hotel. Under the responsibility of the Head Chef, your duties will include: Carrying out preliminary preparations. Creation of recipes from technical sheets. Production of dishes according to the menu and special orders. Checking preparations (tasting, analysis, and correction). Storing foodstuffs according to the methods prescribed in the establishment. Receiving and checking the quantity and quality of deliveries. Applying the hygiene and safety rules in force. Wearing professional clothing in accordance with health and safety legislation. Experience: Required Languages: English – Advanced.
