We are HINE Group, a leading supplier of hydraulic systems, hydraulic components, and cooling systems for industrial and renewable energy companies.

A multi-located company with our headquarters in Olaberria (Gipuzkoa).

Because of a paternity leave, we have a need in our financial department, and we need to join our team a CONTROLLER.

What will my day-to-day be?

1. Financial management, Reporting, Accounting, and Tax Compliance.
2. Performance of monthly and yearly closings, forecasts, annual budget, cost management, cost control, financial reports, and any other internal and external reports.
3. Connecting link between local teams and HQ Finance department.
4. Stakeholders' management (i.e., banks, tax advisors, auditors).
5. Participate in the implementation of an ERP system, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration.
6. Evaluate existing financial processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization through digital transformation.

What do I need to apply for the position?

1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar. Master or advanced degree preferred.
2. Experience in accounting/finance/controlling related positions.
3. Analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
4. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team and to interface comfortably at all levels, both internally and externally.
5. Advanced level of English.
