As education shifts to online and hybrid formats, we are aligned with universities’ needs to create and develop digital content for their postgraduate courses. We also offer higher education institutions marketing services for these programs, from strategic planning and the design of campaigns to effective launching on all relevant digital platforms. Our marketing efforts are targeted to a multicultural audience that spans six different languages.

Global Alumni is expanding, and to meet our growth objectives, we need to recruit new B2B Account Managers to sell our Executive Education Programs to companies in English-speaking markets.

What duties will you have?

  • Market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Development of new business and maintenance of current accounts.
  • Lead tracking throughout the entire process : first contact, presentation of services, follow-up and closing of the agreement / sale.
  • Visits to clients for presentation of services and negotiations.
  • Preparation and presentation of proposals.
  • Negotiation of commercial agreements.

Requirements : What type of profile are we looking for?

  • Proficient level of English (C1/C2) and experience selling and negotiating in English.
  • University education (bachelor's degree).
  • Experience of at least 3 years in similar role : market research and B2B sales (preferably educational / training services or similar).
  • Experience and ability to negotiation with directors and managers (C-level) of large accounts.
  • Motivation to work under sales objectives and KPIs
  • Excellent communication, commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ambition and desire to grow within an expanding educational project and take on new challenges
