This is a 6 months internship program, during which you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice and acquire skills through a working opportunity. This program is open to recent graduates from different disciplines and cover a wide range of roles. You'll support the management of the entire training life cycle. Main activities you will be involved into: - Support in the preparation, organization and execution of local training catalogue and Wellbeing initiatives in Iberia - Follow-up on training administrative and cost controlling procedures - Support in sending out after training materials and documentation - Support in translation and communications of the materials between English-Spanish - Focus on the Learnlight local language program monitoring - Develop presentations with storytelling, help preparing newsletters and other communications - Participate in ad-hoc HR projects Profile & requirements: - Strong communication skills: native in Spanish & fluent (C1) in English - Excellent presentation and marketing skills - Analytical skills - Great capacity to high quality translations from English to Spanish - Be familiar with modern virtual tools Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
