HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: Assisting in the creation and refinement of scripts, project concepts, and other materials. Film, edit, and distribute video content aligned with our key branding and messages including promotional content, brand videos, social media ads, video documentaries, explainer videos, sizzle reels, interviews, testimonials, instructional videos, and more. Capture videos and photos of company events and activities. Assist with the creation and execution of video campaigns. Coordinate with different teams across the company to build out relevant content for our audience. Manage content calendar to ensure deadlines are met. Strategize with our marketing and automation teams to support inbound lead strategy and execution, including YouTube SEO optimization and analytics. Track and analyze YouTube analytics and social media performance. Maintain our company brand guidelines in all visual materials. Ensure all video and photo projects comply with media rules. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university. 4-7 years of professional experience. An excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail. Expertise in video filming and editing with Adobe software (Premiere Pro) along with YouTube SEO strategy development and execution. Extensive knowledge of marketing tools and basic strategies. Highly experienced in tracking YouTube analytics. High energy, a strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, and a willingness to learn new skill sets. Ability to multitask. Basic knowledge of motion graphics (preferably in After Effects).
