About The Role We are looking for an Operations Engineer with expertise in supply chain management and production organization to join our team. Working in the Operations Area, you will manage our different providers, industrialization of our portfolio and manufacturing planification. Key Responsibilities Procurement management, involving the providers relationships to optimize our supply chain. Define the Bill of Materials with the Engineering team to build the first prototypes of our R&D projects. Working with our Supply Chain Manager to elaborate the strategy of the area. Spearhead the industrialization process of our systems. Implementing and optimizing production and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and optimize costs. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in industrial organization or equivalent field. At least 2 years of experience in a similar industry. Proven hands-on experience in supply chain management. Clear vision in continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in production planning methodologies and tools, such as ERP systems, capacity planning software, and lean manufacturing principles, to optimize resource utilization and meet production targets. Willingness to travel around the world to audit our Supply Chain. Soft Skills Methodical and organized person. Used to working in a dynamic and flexible environment. Autonomy and responsibility. Ability to take on new challenges. Other Skills Fluent in both English and Spanish languages. Negotiation skills to handle the different providers. Knowledge of Office tools. Knowledge of electronics datasheets and technical instructions. We Offer Competitive compensation plan. Full-time, permanent contract. 24 vacation days + 24th and 31st December + Public Holidays.
