Key Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Director of After-Sales and Customer Loyalty, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Destination Development: Develop and consolidate Mar de Pulpí as a premier tourist destination, creating a sales structure that encourages off-peak season bookings.
  2. Business Strategy: Collaborate with the area management to define and plan the objectives for the development of the vacation business.
  3. Promotional Activities: Execute promotional actions, customer acquisition, and retention strategies according to the annual business plan (including attendance at trade shows and other promotional activities).
  4. Commercial Agreements: Manage commercial agreements with travel agencies, associations, and other entities to boost vacation traffic. Assist in maintaining a sponsorship network that supports the destination's growth.
  5. Sales and Pricing: Drive the achievement of targeted arrivals and average prices, working closely with other departments to design, implement, and sell tourist packages that position Mar de Pulpí as a quality destination.
  6. Sales Promotion: Encourage sales across the promoter's chain to clients, coordinating with various teams to ensure customer and prescriber satisfaction.
  7. Team Leadership: Lead the team of collaborators at the sports center and supermarket.
  8. Event Planning: Contribute to the development of Mar de Pulpí’s event plan as a tourist destination.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Tourism/business administration with a specialization in hotel management.
  2. Skills: Strong knowledge in sales strategy and planning.
  3. Experience: Proven experience in the commercialization of vacation and tourist packages.
  4. Leadership: Experience in team management.
  5. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of a third language is an asset.
