As Client Sales Advisor based in one of the most exclusive beach resort destinations in Ibiza, you will support the seasonal trading of two luxury concept stores working in a team of seven under the direction of the Concept Store Manager. The objective is to deliver against key performance indicators to achieve sales targets (store and staff) through an engaging and personalised customer experience supported by expert product knowledge and expertise in clienteling (training will be provided).

The successful individual must be living in Ibiza or Europe, be fully fluent in English and be able to drive as this is a beach destination.

Adaptable and flexible, you must be a natural communicator confident in engaging with a luxury clientele and motivated by the opportunity to immerse yourself in the worlds of luxury fashion and luxury beach hospitality. This incredible destination is frequented by a discerning global clientele with an eye for unique and elevated objects, luxury vintage fashion and ready-to-wear.

As a seasonal resort-based role in Ibiza, the stores open in April and close in October.


Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver against store and personal KPI's (key performance indicators) set by the Store Manager to consistently achieve targets supported by regular training.
  • Ensure the client experience is a transformational one from start to finish.
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience conveying deep product knowledge, building relationships and understanding preferences.
  • Follow operational store guidelines in handling stock, visual merchandising and aftersales procedures.
  • Participate in seasonal store events.
  • Participate in weekly training and monthly reviews to deepen product knowledge, visual merchandising ability and clienteling practices.

Essential Skills

  • Luxury goods or luxury fashion experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to deliver against KPI targets as an individual and part of a team.
  • An affinity for building relaxed and naturally flowing conversations.
  • Excellent communication at all levels.
  • High levels of enthusiasm and motivation.
  • High standards of personal presentation.
  • A proactive and flexible team player.
  • Fully fluent English is essential; any additional language skills are beneficial.
  • Full driving license is preferred to travel to and from the location.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: € in line with experience + performance bonus
  • 40-hour working week.
