Job Summary: Our Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all revenue-generating functions within a well-established healthcare organization. The CRO will be responsible for driving financial performance, optimizing revenue streams, and developing strategies to enhance both clinical and non-clinical services. This role is crucial to the continued growth of the organization, and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, business development, and financial strategy. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies, optimize payer relationships, and improve overall profitability across all service lines. Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the complete revenue cycle, from patient registration and billing to claims processing, collections, and payer reimbursement. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and services to expand the organization’s reach and service offerings. Financial Performance Monitoring: Track key financial metrics, analyze revenue performance, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor revenue-related teams, including billing, finance, patient accounts, and admissions, to ensure efficient and effective operations. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including payer contracts, audits, and financial reporting obligations. Patient Care Optimization: Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to align revenue strategies with high-quality patient care and satisfaction. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with the CEO, board members, and other key stakeholders to align revenue goals with the organization's mission and strategic objectives. Technology Integration: Utilize healthcare technology systems (e.G., EHR, billing software) to streamline revenue processes, enhance collections, and improve data accuracy. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycles and payer systems. Excellent analytical abilities to interpret and utilize financial data. Proven leadership and team management experience. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards. Proficiency with revenue cycle management tools and software. Certifications: Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) or other relevant certifications preferred.
