Job Title Chargé(e) Ressources Humaines Contract Fixed Term Context Job title of the line manager: HRM/ HRD Job title of the functional manager (if any): Plant Manager / Services Manager / Department Manager Responsibilities: To assist with the HR policy rollout within a given scope Objective and mission - Scope of activities : Perform some or all of the following activities: Be the local point of contact to facilitate implementation of the HR policy. Explain tools, support managers in their appropriation, answer questions from employees. Develop a privileged field relationship with the labor-relations partners within his/her scope, but without managing a body or social negotiation Assess the labor-relations climate and report relevant information Manage non-executive recruitments within his/her scope Assist the HR manager with certain tasks in order to build skills Ensure the administrative aspect of the function (contracts, amendments, certificates, etc.) Consolidate information to support HR managers/HR directors (indicators, salary policy, training, etc.) Provide support to HR managers/HR directors on preparation of files Possibly prepare minutes of meetings of employee representative bodies Supervise the induction of employees Activities need to be adapted for employees on work-study placements (professionalization contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to be in line with their training.
