Qualification & Experience : Any Diploma / Graduate / post graduate with minimum 2-3 year as a CCE / CRM

Job Description :

• Take care of End-to-end development of candidate over the subject
• Keep record of daily class attendance & monitor class progress
• Conduct theory & practice sessions along with field visits
• Submit all reports timely to center head and training delivery team
• communicate timely with center manager and training delivery team
• Effective delivery of training both theoretical and practical.
• Ensuring the 100% attendance of the batch
• Ensuring the optimum number of passing percentage
• Taking effective participation in placement.
• Guide mobilizers to enrol the right candidate.

• Good Interpersonal Skills, Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge and Ability to use different training methodologies aligned
• with audience profile
• Presentable, Motivator and good leadership skills
• Good people management and interpersonal skills

• An ability to manage the full training cycle
