We are looking for a Finance Assistant to become part of a successful finance team, to track financial performance against plans, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, measure initiative/projects effectivenes relative to cost, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports. Responsibilities :- Prepare and process daily disbursements to clients, highlighting any issues before the final review.- Manage manual and automatic payment issues including checking for failed disbursements and liaising with the customer service team to inform business owners.- Monitoring and managing multiple currencies across cash accounts.- Tracking and analyzing website transactions (disputes and chargebacks).- Preparing high-level stats that are then sent daily to all key stakeholders.- Accounting & Financial support: bookkeeping and reconciliation.- Invoice management and invoicing process, ensuring that we receive all invoices in time from our suppliers and creditors.- Report checks.- Data curation, excel data analysis, and payment platforms data processing.- Creation of reports for Management Companies.- Sales Forecast & platforms figures comparison and reconciliation.- Technical-Financial issues reporting.- Client financial assistance.- Deal with the IT and product department to help them automatize finance processes.- Increase productivity by researching and implementing financial tools.- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reportingDesired skills and qualifications:- 0-3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions- BA, BS, or B.Com degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Mgmt.)- Proactiveness- Good business acumen- High level of English.- Great attention to detail with high standards of quality and accuracy.- Critical thinking and analytical skills.- Confidence in having initiative, responsibility, and decision making.Extra awesome:- Growth mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.- Experience in a multicultural or diverse team.- A passion for travel and the outdoors.What we offer:- The opportunity to develop your career in a fun, collaborative, professional environment.- An amazing international team with different backgrounds.- Proven track record as an ambitious international startup.- The position is based in Sevilla with hybrid WFH possibilities.- Paid training resources for ongoing career and personal development.- Team activities, all-company events, and a glamping gift card.- Pet-friendly, environmentally-conscious office.We can’t wait to meet yo!
