GRC CYBERSECURITY ANALYST - SCF GS

SANTANDER CONSUMER FINANCE GLOBAL SERVICES is looking for a GRC CYBERSECURITY ANALYST, based in our Boadilla del Monte (MADRID) office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an GRC CYBERSECURITY ANALYST , you will engage with 2 and 3 LoD in WH entities, SCF global with 2 and 3 LoD and Global Cyber areas.

You will do actions related with Project risk analysis, waiver management,3rd parties risk management, Indicators management, Compliance management, Cyber Financial management, Non-WH GRC activities Oversight.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

  • Coordinate the development and ongoing maintenance of Cyber Framework, Cyber & IT Risk policies, including their related controls and indicators KRIs to ensure they are effective and within the organization’s risk appetite and tolerance levels.
  • Coordinate plans to mitigate the gaps in IT Risk & Cyber Policies related to all the issues identified in SCF Italy.
  • Supervise the IT risk & Cyber indicators control & compliance information, issues and remediation plans, and the control assurance process.
  • Coordinate the implementation of cyber requirements in projects for SCF Italy and TIMfin.
  • Maintains strong vendor relationships and manages contract and service agreements for ensuring Cyber policies compliance in provided services following the western hub main challenges.
  • T&O committees participation presenting cyber improvements and challenges: SCF Italy

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity.

EDUCATION

  • STEM related career, Cyber certifications.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience in Cybersecurity Governance.
  • Experience with cybersecurity regarding suppliers management.
  • Cybersecurity, focus on Technological Risk and Compliance.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Fluent communication, and capability to adapt to different levels.
  • Documentation and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization and planification skills.
  • Workload management ability.
  • A plus: Any cyber/network security or IT audit/risk management Certification CISSP, CEH, ISACA (CISM/CSX/CISA) or similar.

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Travel, mainly to European countries, if needed (normally not frequent).
