Role Overview:

As a Campaign Specialist, you will work closely with a portfolio of new clients, helping them develop their first online advertising campaigns.
This is a target-driven role where you'll work towards individual goals while being part of a larger onboarding team, making a significant impact on your clients' businesses.

Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a trusted consultant, onboarding customers and developing PPC campaigns.
  2. Understand and address customers' needs and business objectives.
  3. Drive increased ad spend, upselling, and long-term campaign sustainability.
  4. Manage a high volume of potential clients daily through phone consultations.
Must have skills:
  1. Native-level German and a high level of English.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch over the phone and create compelling proposals.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
  3. Good time management and organizational skills.
  4. Client-focused, with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goal ownership.
