Your role will include
- Resolving customer issues by providing appropriate information and excellent customer support and service.
- Providing excellent Customer Care and achieving quality Customer Care goals and standards.
- Supporting the customer care model by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining quality relationships with existing customers and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
We can offer you the following
- A full-time permanent contract (39 hours per week)
- 24600 Euro gross salary per year plus challenges
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm shift (no weekends)
- 3 weeks of training fully paid
- Work from home: 3 days per week just if you want to (after training and probation period)
