Tui Team Leader or Team Manager Gran

Kick-start your junior management career and become part of our international destination management team as one of our Team Leaders or Team Managers.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You will lead, engage, develop, retain, and drive sales & service performance for a small international team. This could be a team of reps in resort, in the hotel or at the airport.
• You will invest a lot of time in new colleagues - building confidence and equipping them to succeed whilst monitoring and driving performance of any more experienced team members.
• You will be regularly on the frontline leading by example - be it coaching, closing sales, or resolving escalating problems on the spot. This includes being an advocate of our evolving digital sales & service tools.
• You will be constantly aware of team performance vs. target and be happy to support and performance manage those under target if required.
• Finally - you will support your wider destination in general including the back-office team and may also support elsewhere as and when required.

ABOUT YOU :

• A consistently happy colleague and great team player
• A true people person - confident to drive high performance and manage the good and the bad. What ever the challenge is - you will always keep people engagement at the heart of everything you do.
• Comfortable to analyse data to develope service action plans to exceed set targets.
• Willing to quickly get to grips with the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and the ability to remain calm in a crisis.
• Previous experience in tourism/working in destination will be very helpful.
• You are fully conversational in English, any additional languages like German, Dutch, French, Polish are very helpful. You also hold a valid drivers license.
