The core of Share & Collaborate focuses on Microsoft 365 Collaboration tools. You will be part of a global agile product team with strong expertise and supportive approach, where demonstrating your personal dedication to our purpose “make an impact that matters”.

As a Business Solution Consultant Non-Conformance Management, you will play a central role in implementing and optimizing the BASF NCM process and applications for our users.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, product owners, developers, and data scientists to improve our solution offering.

Your primary responsibilities will be understanding user requirements and translating them into IT requirements, providing comprehensive training and support the change management within the organization.

With your contribution you will help our Operational Divisions to achieve better customer service and quality and to comply to regulatory and legal requirements using our SAP, Reporting and Mobile applications.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• (Process) Experience in the chemical industry and understanding the principles of quality management.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• The will and ability to drive change and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Hands-on mentality and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and virtual team.
