Business Controller

The position reports to the Senior Controller for LOEWE Perfumes and it will be in charge of the consolidation of the financial information of the subsidiaries

  • Elaboration and reporting of the monthly closings for each Head Office, including the financial control, following and analysis of the expenditures and deviations, flash sales, packages (P&L) of the subsidiaries.
  • Elaboration of the necessary information for the quarterly consolidations and hard closings of the Group
  • Assure, secure and support the achievement of sales goals, operative result and DSO by brand, as well as Cash Flow by entity
  • Elaboration and supervision of the budgets of the company (budget, revisions). Implementation of action plans (Contingency plans) to protect the operative result of the company
  • Elaboration and supervision of the three-year plan of the company
  • Elaboration and following of operating accounts by customers/channels/areas, with the goal of obtaining the adequate financial analysis for more precise decision making, complete and detailed
  • Elaboration and delivery of the necessary financial information to the auditors for the preparation of the annual accounts of the company
  • Maintenance and development of new projects and procedures of the company, with special emphasis on the compliance to the rules of the internal audit
  • Revision of the rates of the company (including, for the case of Loewe Perfumes, the supervision of the compliance to the margins in international rates).
  • Elaboration, control and following of the expense distributions of Back Office and Front Office.
  • Give the necessary support to the Finance and Management team to help in decision making.

Profile :

  • Degree in Business Administration

  • Masters in Controlling or International Business

  • At least 7 years experience in a Controlling role withing a retail company and having worked with subsidiaries and export companies :
