Technical Buyer - Cosmetics Sector

TECHNICAL BUYER - Cosmetics Sector- The position will be located in Gavà

Key responsibilities

As a technical buyer, you will: Suppliers

• Collaboration with Quality Assurance in supplier homologation and evaluation.
• Search alternative suppliers for assigned purchase categories.
• Materials and services sourcing.
• Participation in Purchasing Reporting, KPI’s etc..

Agreements

• Management of contracts for assigned materials and services

Materials/Services

• Sourcing for new raw materials or substitutes, packaging materials.
• Sourcing for new service companies.

Order management

• Purchase Orders creation
• Orders delivery tracking
• Request for quotations

Quality system

• Creation of new department procedures
• System update

Organization

• Participation in improvement processes and projects.
• Regular Meetings Attendance
• General Administrative Duties.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing department in cosmetics, pharmaceutical or adjacent industry.
• MSc (Master of Science), Meng (Master o Engineering) or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business administration discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, matrix organization
• Willing to take initiatives and work proactively across functions
• Good communication skill and Creative mind
• Fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
