For our production plant based in Reus (Spain), we are looking for a Maintenance Manager whose responsibilities will include :

Working with his/her team and line manager to manage and develop technical and human resources in order to guarantee the safety, compliance, reliability and capability of manufacturing equipment.

Identify solutions for improving our equipment. Provide technical expertise on mechanical and materials issues.

Competences

  • To satisfy the equipment needs of the production lines.
  • Define SAP preventive maintenance (PM02)
  • Create annually a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan
  • Coordinate with planning the execution of the preventive maintenance plan.
  • Manage mechanical and electrical maintenance resources
  • Manage the stocks of spare parts necessary for maintenance and tooling and always ensuring their industrial reproducibility. Creation of SAP work orders (PM01 and PM03) + Supplier orders and inventory management.
  • Auditing the status of lines
  • Management of legal project outsourcing.

Educational Background

Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Competencies

FPII or Higher Cycle in Mechanics or similar.

  • Automation and industrial robotics
  • Development of mechanical projects.
  • Machining production.
  • Design in mechanical manufacturing.

Experience

More than 3 years in a position of responsibility in front of Maintenance, Engineering or Technical Development departments.

Skills / Competences

  • Office package, especially Excel and Word (intermediate level).
  • Safety and Prevention.
  • English medium/high level.
  • High knowledge of the production system.
  • Medium level computer skills.
  • Ability to acquire knowledge of plant equipment and its operation.
  • Social and leadership skills.
