As Financial Manager you will be responsible to encourage financial performance through in NATT Tools Hand Tools division interacting with the Hand Tools President, the Hand Tools management teams, and the VNPI Corporate Finance management team.

Your areas of responsibility will include:

• Support the Hand Tools President by developing the management tools and information required, proactively finding improvement opportunities.
• Define and follow up on the Hand Tools Scoreboard and all Business Intelligence tools.
• Standardize all finance and management information in all Hand Tools BU, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of management information: executive information for decision making, analytic information to understand deviations, and operative information to facilitate everyday management throughout the organization.
• Conduct analysis on Scoreboard, investments, BU global profitability, best practices detection, and improvement action plans follow up; detailed analysis on margins and costs at product families and SKU levels.
• Interact with Hand Tools Marketing and Supply Chain/Manufacturing VP to stimulate performance in their specific management areas.
• In cooperation with the Hand Tools President and Corporate Finance Management Team, construct and follow up on Hand Tools Management Plans and Five Years Strategic Plan.
• Coordinate between Hand Tools and IT Corporate services for all specific needs.
• Participate in the Hand Tools reporting meetings, and Hand Tools Executive Committee for your specific area of responsibility.
• Direct report to the Hand Tools President and functional report to the NATT CFO.

• Located with the Bellota Hand Tools President in Legazpi, willing to travel to other Hand Tools Business Units.

You will fit in this position if you have the following experience, knowledge, and competence:

• 3-5 years of experience in management control in an industrial company with international activity.
• Ideally, a corporate position managing different companies or Business Units.
• A Business Administration or Economic University title; MBA appreciated.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
