ABOUT MENORCA EXPERIMENTAL Reborn from the glorious remains of a 19th-century estate, with 30 hectares of land, Menorca Experimental is an agrotourism hotel that includes two restaurants based on locally sourced Mediterranean cuisine: the main farm, where we serve breakfast and dinner service, and the terrace overlooking the pool where guests can enjoy a delicious lunch. ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a Bartender M/F to join our dynamic team at Menorca Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following: Learn the cocktails on the menu and the list of classic cocktails provided. Understand and know about the products used. Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, respecting our basic rules: use of jiggers at all times, perfectly measured, clean bar tools, swift response time. All while adhering to our principle of aiming to provide the best drinking experience without a hint of pretension. Communicate to the servers and barbacks their needs well in advance. Participate in the creation of the cocktail menu. Create a welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs, present the cocktails menu and make recommendations. Take drinks orders. Apply all food and beverage safety and quality regulations. Communicate with the Bar Manager for inventory issues, client comments, and general reporting.
