Country Manager Spain (M/W/D)

We are facing the biggest challenge of our time: climate change and skyrocking energy prices underline the need to break the dependence from oil, gas and coal for good and in all areas of our lifes.1KOMMA5° brings together the best minds, investors, talents and the leading companies in Europe to create a holistic one-stop shop to mass scale solar, charging infrastructure and heat pumps for millions of buildings across Europe.To drive our mission in Spain we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to become 1KOMMA5° Country Manager and to spearhead our market entry.Deine Aufgaben- Identify companies suitable to join 1KOMMA5° and our mission for the spanish market- Close cooperation of existing and and new portfolio companies in the spanish business unit as well as opening of new locations and organic revenue growth- Overall strategic and operational responsibility as well as entrepreneurial development ofthe portfolio companies in your market, with direct link to our C-Level as line of reporting.- Key person within the regional market with his/her own reputation and real access and trusttowards the owners of relevant businesses- Development and implementation of our 1KOMMA5° strategy to establish a one-stop- shop, as well as high commitment to competitiveness, profitability and creation of equityvalue- Future-oriented positioning and management of the regional business unit and it’s portfoliocompanies- Responsibility for the development of annual budgets, the regional strategy roadmap andrepresentation and communication on behalf of 1K5° in close coordination with our CEODein Profil- Prior position as Acquisitioning Manager (M&A buy side) or equal and higher qualification with regional focus, ideally in the field of renewable energies.
