We are looking for a Cluster People & Culture Director to join us and lead the 3 Kimpton Hotels in Spain: Kimpton Vividora Barcelona, Kimpton Aysla Mallorca, and the new Kimpton Los Monteros Marbella. In Kimpton you can:

  1. Be yourself: Who you are is who we are. So, bring the real you.

  3. Make it count: As long as we're here, why not make lives better? Yours and our guests.

What's the job?

As the Cluster HR Director for the three Kimpton hotels in Spain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing human resources strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the organization. This role involves overseeing HR functions for three distinct hotels, ensuring the development and maintenance of a positive work culture, and fostering employee engagement and satisfaction.

Partner with General Manager and Executive Committee members to continually improve organizational structure, programmes, and activities.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of high-caliber talent for various roles within the hotels. Implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate seamless integration of new employees. Develop and maintain talent management programs, including career development and succession planning.
  3. Employee Relations: Act as a mediator in employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently across all three hotels. Conduct investigations and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
