YOUR TASKS

Installation and Training

  • Look after national and international clients using SIHOT
  • Supporting the Sales team in presentations for prospective clients
  • Install SIHOT at new clients
  • Conduct training sessions

Support

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
  • Enter client issues in our ticketing system, follow up and close tickets as required
  • Analyse and report product malfunctions
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
YOUR PROFILE
  • Proven record in the hotel industry with several years of working experience in different positions, preferably with a strong background in Front Office operations
  • Experience in working SIHOT advantageous
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and abroad required
  • Strong communication skills (via phone, email, in-person) and excellent client service orientation with a professional, friendly attitude
  • Fluent German (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
