Follow Us on LinkedIn: We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative that will be focused on handling customers' purchasing orders for our Compressed Air Filtration customers, and therefore will have to develop strong relationships with the assigned accounts in order to support the sales team for continues market growth. The position will be based in Terrassa (Spain) and 60% remote working. Key Responsibilities: - Process, monitor and follow-up customers' purchasing orders - Ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customer - Provide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity, to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies - Manager invoice creation, corrections, and the return of the material activities - Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability, through an efficient and friendly communication with customers, to maintain excellent customer relationships - Coordinate internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance and production, to keep all aware of customer activities Relevant Experience and Skills: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics - Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook - Knowledge of Oracle R12 and export documents would be an asset - Native French and fluent English - Flexibility, ability to multitask, to manage time and to adopt to changes - Pro-active attitude, ability to take decisions when necessary, and to be a time player Job offer: - Join a multinational company with a multicultural work environment and internal growth opportunities - Stable position and competitive salary according with your experience - Daily shuttle bus from Plaza España (Barcelona) to our office in Terrassa - Flexible work schedule (7.30 - 9.30h to 16.30 to 18.30h) - Hybrid working from home policy (60% of remote working), initial training will be at the office for a period of 2 months - Meal allowance - Social Benefits after 1 year seniority (health and life insurance, pension plan) on the top of your salary - Fresh fruit at the office and free online Spanish lessons outside working hours Come make a World of Difference!
