1. Developing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet quality standards;
2. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce waste, and increase overall efficiency;
3. Collaborating with production teams to develop production schedules and workflows that maximize efficiency and minimize downtime;

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Tier 1 automotive projects.
• Languages: proficiency in English.
• Excellent communicator, good team player, infectious motivation, willingness to travel, assertiveness, and judgment in negotiations, as well as collaboration with the customer in an international environment.
